The Surah Mulk Challenge

10 Jun

Are you ready for the challenge?

Imam Ahmed recorded from Abu Hurayrah that Allah’s messenger (saw) said:

Verily, there is a chapter in the Quran which contains 30 ayat that will intercede on behalf of its reciter, until he is forgiven. (It is): Blessed be He in whose hand is the dominion.

Want Surah Mulk to have your back? Then take the challenge. @yesIhaveavoice and @SWLondonCalling challenge YOU (and ourselves) to learn Surah Mulk by the 1st July.

Take this challenge quietly, or tell us about it. Keep us updated, and when you finally learn it, get someone to hear you recite it.

One of the best reciters to learn from is Shaykh Mahmoud Khalil Al Husary, because of his exceptional tajweed and slow recitation. InshaAllah this recording off the shaykh reciting in hafs will aid you (click here).

Click here for another recording of Shaykh Husary (Egyptian Radio Broadcast – Hafs from ‘Aasem )

May Allah aid you in your memorisation- Ameen!!
